Description Badass Beginners is a series of classes with thorough cues and intelligent sequencing that will teach you how to start a yoga practice that is meaningful, safe and enjoyable. There are 10 full length (approx 45 min) classes each with a specific theme, a brief introduction to philosophy and breath and 3 short bonus classes (approx 10 mins). This course is designed for beginners who truly want to learn postural alignment, effort and ease and how to integrate the benefits of yoga into your day to day life but all levels will benefit from this well rounded practice.
